The NSA Philadelphia and Philadelphia Navy Yard Annex missions are to Provide an operationally ready, secure shore infrastructure committed to offering support services and team work, balanced quality of life to military and civilian members, and community collaboration through coordinated engagement, in a safe and healthful environment.

Maintain and operate safe and secure major logistics storage and support facilities to back the Fleet and support the Sailors and civilians that support the warfighters.

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support hosted military officers from nine partner nations as part of the Navy Supply Corps School’s International Officer Supply Course, June 29-30, at Naval Support Activity Philadelphia.
The decommissioned aircraft carrier Ex-USS Forrestal arrives at Naval Support Activity Philadelphia from Naval Station Newport, R.I. The first of the American supercarriers, Forrestal was commissioned Sept. 29, 1955, and was in service for more than 38 years.
