As the Executive Director, Dr. Gray serves as the senior financial manager and advisor to the CO on financial transactions and program execution for the command’s budget.  He monitors program performance management, data collection, trend analysis, and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI).  Dr. Gray articulates analysis on impacts of resource and manning changes to readiness and further develops risk assessments and courses of action integrating all program lines.&lt;br/&gt;
