In support of the Navy College Program mission statement, the Navy College Office, located at 1481 "D" Street, Bldg. 3016, Suite 204 aboard Joint Expeditionary Base (West), provides a wide range of educational programs and services to meet all needs from basic academic skills enhancement to post-graduate programs. This cross-section of educational opportunities offers all personnel the opportunity to recognize and achieve their highest potential.

To better serve our special needs, programs and courses offered at Joint Expeditionary Base are offered in accelerated terms varying in length from eight-week to 10-week semesters.
