Captain Christopher Horgan is a native of Wisconsin, graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Master's Degree in Mathematics and Operations Research from Pennsylvania State University and was commissioned through Officer Candidate School in 1998.

Commander Alfred Williams

Executive Officer, NWS Yorktown

Commander Alfred Williams, a native of Chicago, Illinois, enlisted in the U.S. Navy as an Operations Specialist in 1993. In 2006, he was commissioned through the Limited Duty Officer (LDO) program. He assumed the responsibilities of Naval Weapons Station Yorktown Executive Officer, Yorktown, Virginia, in April 2022. His awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (four awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (five awards), and various unit, campaign, and service awards.

Command Senior Chief, NWS Yorktown

Command Senior Chief Mikendra R. Porter enlisted in the United States Navy October 2003 and reported to Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, IL. Following graduation she reported to Naval Service Training Command, Great Lakes, IL for Seaman ATD “A” School.
