The U.S. Navy Office of Judge Advocate General's Military Justice Information Division is responsible for providing public access to court dockets, filings, and records from the Navy-Marine Corps and United States Coast Guard in compliance with Department of the Navy policies and procedures. Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Public Affairs can provide charge sheets for cases involving a general court-martial. Charge sheets for cases involving a special court-martial can be obtained from the command of the accused Sailor.
