Personnel Support Detachment Little Creek's mission at the Joint Expeditionary Base is to provide consolidated pay, personnel and transportation functions in support of the warfighter. We are located in building 3510 at 1155 Nider Boulevard, Virginia Beach, VA 23459-2732.
Customer service hours are Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. .
ID Cards, DEERS and RAPIDS
Verify enrollment and addresses of your family members here: DEERS. Family members may be refused treatment or entrance to medical facilities without DEERS enrollment. The Identification Card Issuing Office can assist with DEERS enrollment problems. For more information, call 757-462-5319. The DEERS enrollment customer service hours are Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.. Be advised, processing requests for DEERS services must be secured prior to 4 p.m. to allow sufficient processing time.
Identification Card Issuance
The Joint Expeditionary Base ID Card Issuing Office serves active duty, retired and reserve members, including their eligible family members. The ID issuance office is open for customer service Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.. The ID card office phone number is 757-462-5319. Supporting documentation requirements can be viewed on page 5 here: ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS. Be advised, processing requests for ID Card services must be secured prior to 4 p.m. to allow sufficient processing time.
Transportation
Transportation in connection with official orders for commercial airline tickets and confirmed Air Mobility Command (AMC) flights are processed in the Passenger Transportation Department. This department also processes no-fee passport/visa applications for official travel. The office can be reached at 757-462-5011. SATO can be reached at 855-732-8450.
Separations and Retirements
Are you separating, retiring or transferring to the Fleet Reserve? If so, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Notify your chain of command and your Command PASS Coordinator, Admin or Personnel Office NO LATER THAN 45 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SEPARATION OR COMMENCEMENT OF PTDY OR SEPARATION/RETIREMENT LEAVE, whichever is sooner.
Step 2: Complete the package in its entirety. SEPARATION QUESTIONNAIRE
Step 3: Provide your completed package to your Command PASS Coordinator, Admin or Personnel Office. They will forward to PSD, once PSD receives they will schedule you a one-on-one personal appointment. Your Command PASS Coordinator, Admin or Personnel Office will notify you of the date and time.

Educational Services
