Is a set of laws and policies that mandate all individuals’ rights to equal employment opportunity, irrespective of race, color, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, age, genetic information, disability, or participation in protected EEO activity. It is the policy of the CNIC to promote EEO to prohibit discrimination and harassment in the workplace while promoting diversity and inclusiveness throughout the workforce. It also prohibits reprisal against employees who participate in the EEO process to eliminate workplace discrimination and harassment.
